My background is as a therapist, and through that work, I noticed how much I lit up when working with people who wanted to move toward something—maybe a new career, a new city, or a personal project. They may not have known exactly how to get there yet, but they were curious, motivated, and ready to give what they wanted some real attention. I love when people dare to dream, and I especially love helping them shift from dreaming about what they want to actually moving toward it. That energy is what drew me to coaching.
I've taken this journey myself more than once. I've lived in four countries, built two businesses, and I'm always dabbling in a self-growth adventure of my own. I've found that much of the life I've built has come from taking risks—not unsafe or reckless ones, but living with a “do it for the plot” energy and a willingness to move forward even when I didn't know exactly what something could become. I know what it's like to feel excited by an idea, unsure what comes next, and still want to see where it could lead.
What I bring to coaching
My training and experience have taught me how to listen closely, notice patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and create a trusted space where people can hear themselves more clearly.
And I truly believe that sometimes you really do need a genuine “heck yes” person in your corner—someone who sees whythis matters to you and helps you move toward the things that have felt uncertain, intimidating, or even a little off-limits. I've found that I can be both for women who are willing and ready to lean in.
If you imagine working best with someone warm, uplifting, and creative—someone who can help you untangle the noise, ask questions that bring clarity, and leave you excited to take the next step—I might be your person.
Coaching services are separate from my psychotherapy practice and do not include mental-health diagnosis or treatment. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I'll let you know and can provide referrals for appropriate mental-health support.
